Our Double Brushed Poly Knit Fabric is soft on both sides, giving it a peach-like texture. Achieving this requires skill: brushing both sides is much harder than single-side brushing. To ensure perfect quality:

• We slow down the brushing speed
• We adjust the tension carefully
• We control the contact force between rollers and fabric

Our master technician has 20 years of experience. The result is a uniform, damage-free fabric with no holes or weak spots.

• Monthly shipment: 15 tons
• Pilling grade: 3-4, ensuring no lint balls
• Usage: Primarily women's jackets and children's wear
• Factory capacity: 300 tons/month, all brushed in-house

This fabric is safe and gentle for skin. Test reports are available upon request. By controlling the brushing process internally, we ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery.

This versatile fabric works perfectly for:

It is thinner than polar fleece, making it ideal for inner layers or lightweight jackets. Both sides remain soft after washing, giving garments a premium feel.
