Our company produces high-quality wool-blend fabrics. This Wool Knit Fabric by the Yard contains fine wool, which keeps you exceptionally warm-much warmer than pure cotton-making it ideal for high-end winter clothing.

Wool blends often have one problem: the wool can itch against the skin. We solve this by using fine wool with a diameter under 19 microns. Wool this fine is soft and does not cause irritation.

Additionally, we apply a bio-enzyme treatment that removes tiny barbs from the wool surface, making the fabric smooth and comfortable even when worn directly against the skin.

We ship about 5 tons of this wool fabric each month. While the volume is small, the value is high. Our main clients are premium men's and women's brands in Europe, which have strict requirements for wool content and feel. We meet all these standards and can provide wool content test reports upon request.

Wool fabric requires specialized production. It is scheduled separately from regular cotton fabric, and the dyeing process uses lower temperatures. As a result, lead times are longer:

• Custom colors: 40 days

We carefully pack each roll of wool fabric in a moisture-proof inner bag and an additional outer bag for double protection, as wool is sensitive to moisture.

We support FOB Ningbo and EXW shipping. Payment terms are a 40% deposit with the remaining 60% due before shipment. The higher deposit reflects the cost of raw materials.
