Our Double Knit Fabric by the Yard features a unique three-thread structure:

• Bottom thread
• Binding thread
• Loop thread

This creates a double-layer effect with a clear knit texture on the outer face and full terry loops on the inner side. Double-layer fabrics often separate after repeated washes. We solved this by precisely adjusting the tension of the binding thread and locking all three threads together. The result: durable, two-layer fabric that will not delaminate, even after many washes.

This is one of our top-selling fabrics, with over 40 tons shipped monthly. Customers use it for:
