Heavyweight Jersey Fabric

Our factory specializes in heavy fabric. This Heavyweight Jersey Fabric is our heaviest product, with a weight of up to 480 grams-perfect for winter clothing, keeping you very warm.

Heavy fabric is difficult to knit because it puts a large load on machines. Many factories cannot handle it; their machines break. Our imported large circular knitting machines are specially designed for heavy fabrics. They are strong and durable, producing fabric with even density and no skipped stitches. We have 12 of these machines, enabling us to handle large orders efficiently.

We ship about 20 tons of Heavyweight Jersey Fabric each month, mainly during the autumn and winter seasons. Our customers are located in Russia, Canada, and Northern Europe, where winters are extremely cold. They need thick, warm fabric.

Last year, we exported about 50 tons to Russia, and customer feedback was excellent. Workers reported that the fabric kept them warm and blocked the wind effectively.

Our total factory capacity is 300 tons per month. Our heavy fabric machines can produce about 1 ton per day. We keep yarn in stock, so we can handle your orders without delay.

Heavy fabric knits slower than lighter fabrics because machine speed must be reduced. Production time is longer: standard products take about 25 days, while custom colors require 35 days. Please consider this before placing your order. We do not accept urgent orders, as rushing production would compromise quality. We never sacrifice quality for speed.
