Our Two-layer jersey knit cloth is a knitted fabric positioned around a two-layer construction rather than the three-yarn French terry structure. The two-layer construction provides a different fabric structure and hand feel from standard single-layer jersey or French terry, making it suitable for apparel requiring more fabric body and a stable knitted construction.
The Two-layer jersey knit cloth can be evaluated for casualwear, children's clothing, tops, lightweight outerwear and other knitted apparel. The actual fiber composition, weight and finishing requirements should be confirmed according to the customer's garment application. The Two-layer jersey knit cloth can be sampled before bulk production so buyers can check construction, weight, width, hand feel and color. Customers can also provide a physical sample or technical specification for development.

Customization Capability
Customers can provide samples, color references and fabric specifications. We can evaluate the required composition, width, weight and finishing requirements during the sampling stage. Custom samples normally take about 15 days.
Because two-layer jersey and French terry are different constructions, the exact fabric structure should be confirmed with the buyer before bulk production. This allows the production specification to match the intended garment construction.
Manufacturing Experience & Quality Control
Our company was founded in 1998 and has more than 25 years of experience in textile dyeing, weaving and knitted fabric production. We operate a 4,300+ square meter factory in Shaoxing, Zhejiang.
Quality control covers raw materials, greige fabric, dyeing, finishing and final inspection. Fabric weight, width, color fastness and other agreed specifications are checked during production. Finished fabric receives 100% inspection before packing.
Packaging & Supply Capability
Monthly production capacity is approximately 300 tons. Fabric is packed in rolls with plastic outer covering. Standard lead time is approximately 20 days, while customized production generally requires about 30 days.
