The height, density, and uniformity of these loops directly affect absorbency, comfort, and durability. High-quality terry fabrics undergo strict control and repeated quality inspections to maintain consistency.
Finishing processes further enhance the fabric's performance. These include softening treatments, dyeing, shrinkage control, and functional finishing such as antibacterial or quick-drying treatments. Softening improves hand feel, dyeing ensures color consistency and fastness, shrinkage control reduces dimensional changes during washing, and functional finishes expand the fabric's applications.
Finally, the terry fabric undergoes inspection, rolling, and packaging before reaching the market. Maintaining strict quality control at each step ensures the fabric's combined benefits of absorbency, warmth, softness, and durability.
