Our factory specializes in knit fabrics. This Cotton-Polyester Terry Fabric is an upgraded version with higher cotton content, giving it a more natural, soft feel. A common issue with high-cotton terry is pilling. To solve this, we use long-staple cotton, which has longer fibers and a smoother surface, reducing pilling.

We also apply a mercerizing treatment to enhance the fabric's luster, giving it a high-end appearance. Our experienced workers carefully handle this process to ensure consistent quality.

Our 4,300-square-meter factory employs 20 staff members, six of whom are dedicated to R&D, with an average of over 10 years' experience. We invest over 1 million RMB annually in research and development.

This Cotton-Polyester Terry Fabric is an improved product from our R&D team. Its anti-pilling grade is now 3-4, one level higher than our previous version. We have test data to prove this improvement. We support OEM production, small batch orders, and sample replication. The minimum order is 500 kilograms per color.

This fabric is ideal for garments that touch the skin. The high cotton content makes it extremely comfortable. Customers commonly use it for T-shirts, pajamas, and baby underwear. The terry structure adds thickness compared to standard knits, enhancing sweat absorption.

It performs well in all seasons: cool and breathable in summer, warm in winter. Standard products are in stock, with delivery in 20 days. Custom products take 30 days. Regular items are readily available, so repeat orders can be prioritized upon advance notice.
