100 Polyester French Terry

Our factory has been producing knit fabrics for over 20 years. This 100 Polyester French Terry is one of our core products. Unlike brushed or fleece fabrics, it retains its original loop structure, making it ideal for further processing.

Many factories produce terry with weak loops that come apart after a few washes. We use a 3-thread weave method, with bottom, binding, and loop yarns locking together. This ensures the loops remain firmly in place, allowing safe secondary processing without separation issues.

Our factory produces 300 tons of fabric per month, with this 100 Polyester French Terry accounting for about 30 tons. We supply numerous clothing processing factories in China, which brush it into fleece sweatshirts or sand it to make peach-skin fabrics for export, especially to Japan, where quality standards are very high.

This fabric is designed as a semi-finished product. Many customers buy it for their own processing: brushing it into fleece sweatshirts, sanding it for peach-skin fabrics, or using it as loop terry for sportswear.

The 100% polyester composition makes it highly durable and resistant to washing-it retains its shape and loops even after repeated use.

We can provide a sample within 15 days. Mass production takes 20 days after sample approval. We support EXW and FOB shipping, with a 30% deposit and 70% balance due before shipment.
