White French Terry Fabric

Our factory produces all kinds of colors, but white fabric demands the highest standards. This White French Terry Fabric uses top-quality raw cotton, ensuring a clean surface free of specks.

Many white fabrics from other factories yellow over time. We prevent this by using hydrogen peroxide for bleaching and adding an optical brightener. The result is a true, natural white that resists yellowing. Accelerated aging tests confirm that the color remains stable after 3 months.

Last year, a Korean customer requested white terry fabric with a whiteness value of 160 for their own dyeing process. Our fabric achieved a value of 165, exceeding their expectation. They placed a 10-ton order and later referred two more Korean customers. Now we receive regular monthly orders from Korea.

To maintain this quality, we have a dedicated team inspecting each batch under bright light, removing off-color fibers, and washing off any oil stains.

White French Terry is versatile. You can use it directly for white sweatshirts, dye it to other colors, or print designs on it. Many customers purchase it as a base for secondary processing, giving them flexibility in color and quantity.

The minimum order for one color is 500 kilograms (white counts as one color). Larger orders can receive discounts. We accept US dollars and Euros, with a 30% deposit and 70% balance due before shipment.
