Heavy fabrics are challenging to produce. Thick yarn puts stress on machinery, and many factories experience broken needles. We upgraded our equipment with stronger knitting needles and reduced machine speed. As a result, our heavyweight fabric has even density, with no skipped yarns or holes. This quality comes from our technical expertise.

Last winter, a Russian customer needed sweatshirt fabric that could withstand -20°C. We recommended our 480-gram Heavyweight Sweatshirt Fleece Fabric. After approving a sample, they placed a 2-ton trial order. Their feedback was very positive-workers reported feeling warm even in extreme cold. This year, they plan to double their order, demonstrating the value of our product in cold climates.

This fabric is ideal for thick winter sweatshirts and outdoor workwear. It can also be used for warm blankets. It feels thick, soft, and cozy-like holding a large, soft bear. Many customers in northern markets request this fabric.

We have a monthly production capacity of 300 tons and maintain stock of the basic fabric to accommodate large orders. We can match colors to any Pantone number, with a 15-day sample development cycle. Delivery options include FOB Ningbo port or EXW factory pickup. Payment terms are 30% deposit with 70% due before shipment, and we accept US dollars or Euros.
