Our factory specializes in all types of fleece fabrics. This Brushed Fleece Sweatshirt Fabric is one of our premium products, made using a two-step process: first brushing, then nubbing. The result is a surface with small, uniform yarn nubs, giving it a unique and luxurious feel.

The challenge is achieving consistent nub size. Oversized nubs look like wool, while undersized nubs lose the effect. Our skilled workers carefully adjust the nubbing machine's temperature and timing, following strict internal standards. The result is a soft, even texture that feels like touching a baby lamb.

Last year, we sold 80 tons of this fabric to customers in Europe, the USA, and Japan. Japanese clients have the strictest quality standards, and our fabric passed their inspections. Color fastness is Grade 4 or above, and pilling resistance is Grade 3-4-strong performance in the industry.

We maintain complete test reports, available for inspection. Our in-house R&D team continuously develops new processes and fabrics and collects customer feedback to make ongoing improvements.
