Stretch Shade Fabric

Our company developed this Stretch Shade Fabric, a functional fabric that effectively blocks light. It is ideal for curtains, sun-protection garments, and any application where light blocking is essential.

Unlike regular woven shade fabrics that have no stretch, our fabric is knitted with spandex, making it soft, flexible, and more comfortable. We incorporate a shading agent during the dyeing process, which fills the spaces between fibers so light cannot pass through. The shading rate exceeds 95%, as verified by our internal testing.

We ship about 3 tons of Stretch Shade Fabric per month. Although the volume is small, this fabric represents an innovative product line.

Every batch is tested for shading rate using a professional tester, and only fabric meeting 95% or higher is shipped.

The minimum order is 1,000 kg-higher than regular fabrics-because the shading agent requires special preparation, and small batches are not cost-effective. We appreciate your understanding.

This fabric is ideal for applications that require reliable light blocking:

The price is approximately 30% higher than regular fabric due to the cost of the shading agent. We offer free samples for evaluation.

Production takes 30 days, as the shading agent is applied in a special step. We do not rush this process, as quality comes first.
