Heavy Duty Stretch Fabric

Our company developed this heavy stretch fabric, which combines cotton and spandex. With a weight of up to 480 grams, it is both thick and elastic-a combination rarely seen on the market. Thick stretch fabrics are difficult to produce because spandex threads often fail to distribute evenly.

We solved this by creating a double spandex design, knitting two spandex threads together. This ensures uniform stretch across the entire fabric, with no tight or loose spots. Every part of the fabric stretches the same way, providing consistent support and comfort.

We spent six months developing this fabric, adjusting the formula more than ten times before finalizing it. We now ship about 10 tons of Heavy Duty Stretch Fabric each month.

Our main customers are high-end activewear brands producing yoga pants, gym leggings, shapewear, and other stretch garments. Thick, elastic fabric offers excellent support and enhances body lines.

The elastic recovery rate is over 95%, exceeding the industry standard of 90%. Every batch is tested: we pull the fabric to a set length and measure how well it bounces back. Only fabric that meets this standard is shipped.
