Customization Capability
Buyers can customize color, composition, width, weight and agreed finishing requirements. We accept customer samples and Pantone references. Samples are available before bulk production, with custom sample development normally taking around 15 days.
Manufacturing Experience & Quality Control
Founded in 1998, our company has more than 25 years of experience in textile dyeing, weaving and knitted fabric production. Our 4,300+ square meter factory is located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang.
Our quality control team checks raw materials, greige fabric, dyeing, finishing and finished fabric. Key inspection points include color fastness, fabric weight and width. Finished fabric is inspected 100% before packing, and qualified third-party inspection is accepted.
Packaging & Supply Capability
We can produce approximately 300 tons of fabric per month. Fabric is packed in rolls with plastic outer covering and can carry customer shipping marks. Standard production is about 20 days, while customized orders normally require about 30 days.
